  1. Mine broke after 3 months, got em fixed/exchanged 3 times and it happened each time. How do they get away with this? piece of shi⛔️ earbuds DO NOT BUY.

  2. Mine broke in 6 months. This product is a scam. It would turn to a brick every minute. Their customer service is a joke. They 'discovered' a puncture hole on the right side that wasn't there and was working just fine when I took it to Apple store and refused to honor warranty for the original issue unless I pay $79 to fix the new problem that they somehow found. Poor product with even worse customer service equals never buy Beats product again. Horrible experience.

  3. Mine died a week ago. Apple will not give me new pair. My first pair died in 4 months my second pair died in 10 months. I’m 2 months over warranty so I’m not getting new ones. But is apples wrong because you would not expect BeatsX that the battery dies after 4 or 10 months.

  4. The other day, I purchased some beats x in silver from Best Buy. When I got in the car I opened it and started using them. I watched a couple of YouTube videos of people unboxing them and I realized half the things that came in their box wasn’t in mine! First of all, the box looked completely different, second the wing tips weren’t in there, and third there was no pouch to store them in. I was wondering if they were fake or not, I mean I bought them from Best Buy. Why would Best Buy be selling products that are fake or doesn’t have accessories that it’s supposed to have in there? I going back to Best Buy tomorrow and returning them. I hope they accept it, it’s in pristine condition. Smh ??‍♀️
