But Bitcoin isn't equivalent to freedom as itself, it's one crypto that represents freedom but the more important question is: Is Bitcoins protocol superior in the future when one crypto may be widely adopted?
It may well be another player which will offer better functionality and thus will be adopted in a manner in which Bitcoin hasn't been. This is why I don't hype Bitcoin even though I see its benefits I can also see the cons.

Bitcoin (generic) is highly beneficial to freedom, but
