What will Bitcoin do in 2019? Today I would like to speculate on some wild scenarios entering 2019 and make some bitcoin predictions 2019. This can either go one of 2 ways. Bitcoin, hasn’t had a major exchange hack in which millions of dollars of crypto get stolen, and this would add to the bearish trend seen in 2018. The proof of keys event highlighted problems with even the top crypto exchanges like Coinbase, Poloniex, HitBTC, and more. Could another major hack or “liquidity issue” be due for this year. On the other side of the stick, is a more optimistic situation. Bakkt is coming, and the launch of physically settled Bitcoin Futures could be exactly what Bitcoin needs to turn bullish. In addition, there are rumors circulating that Russia may be looking to invest large sums of money into Bitcoin. 10 billion dollars in Quarter 1 alone. Could this be what is needed to push Bitcoin to 10k?
