15. ETF will come, but it will not be the way "Entity" begging SEC to approve it and SEC do it. Its not in their interest. As bitcoin becomes bigger and bigger, SEC will come to "Entities" begging to help them to regulate btc. Because they will have no other choice.

16. I will speculate that price action is not reflecting the bullish news on btc since December 2017. Why that date. Check what's been going on with btc since btc futures. The moment Wallstreet could short btc you see only price going down. You WILL NOT see any rallies/another 20 k btc unless Wallstreet dogs have their bowls filled with crypto.

19. ETF thing is sort of positive. The people left in crypto are those that are likely in it for the long haul. Not to say we are at the bottom. No doubt there are people too heavily leveraged etc that some event would shake them, just not this event.

23. Who is left to sell? The ones who are still selling are the same that put buy orders a few % lower at the same time. Every small investor (like me) is just waiting for the big drop too 1000$ -1500$ to buy more, but it will not happen, it will rise just before that should happen and we have to FOMO back in.
