The stress you are seeing when they talk about crypto currency is because of the $$$ money lost during the scams involving $bitcoin in Oct2017-Jan2018. The issue WAS that it was very easy to run a scam with cryptocurrencies. They (Fed Reserve and SEC) tapped the problem down with #KYC (Know Your Customer), but the problem will come back again.
The new problem will be a #rogue currency, not #competition. The system has NO means to be stablized. IT IS VIRTUAL MONEY – MONOPOLY MONEY.
