I just got liftoff. It's ok. Lots of quads to choose from.. Biggest drawback, flying area. Seems like you get 100ft away from starting point, it resets the scene like you wrecked. So much to explore, so little ability to actually go explore it.
Still worth $20.

Is there a way to read in configuration files for specific drones, and if so, is there a place where we can download those files?
My friend races and he told me the top racers use velocidrone. He also said you can practice on the same track before you race the real track using velocidrone. The top racers use velocidrone to race for money and practice before a real race.

DRL is so glitchy that I can throttle to the moon just by using yaw and no throttle at all. FPV freerider is even worse…
I also dont like steam. I refuse to put that spyware back onto my computer

Talking about simulators, I really like hotprops, the physic is really close to what I fly in the real world.
“I’m a beginner” Are there any problems with connecting radio to a mac ? Do i have to install any programs before using my radio in simulator ?

Ive been using FPV Freerider (now recharged upgrade) graphics are pretty bad, but the simulated static for FPV and physics keep my practicing – downloading Velocidrone now to try out – thanks for the recommendation.

Def a difference between a game and a simulator, I've tried a few and liftoff was on my list, but I've snagged Velocidrone to try out. Thanks for the info ^.^
How can you trust the review of someone who has a very close connection to the company? Velocidrone is produced by Team Blacksheep or The Blacksheep Squad, which is an affiliate of Ethix, which is Steele's company. Of course he's going to push his product, but that doesn't mean it's the best thing out there.
Have you tried Erea Drone Simulator? If so what did you think of it?
