  9. I feel like this would just be annoyingly slow (snapchats, quick selfies, face unlock). Just wait until Samsung puts the camera under the semi-transparent display next year

  12. I don't think this is a good move for OnePlus… A motorized unit is gonna make getting cases difficult, water resistance surely will suffer and that camera unit will definitely get stuck / snagged on shit.

Been waiting for it , but the whole motorized selfie camera might be a deal breaker for me , simply due to fact of durability, consider I have been a OnePlus fan and user , so with that pointed out , the only reason I might make the switch to a OP7 is if the crazy spects surpasses the OP6T by far which I do not see it right now , especially with the OP6T McLaren edition out still…. and ofcourse , based on my everyday uses and needs on a smartphone, so to me , hands down the OP6T is still the best flagship on the market for the buck… let´s wait and see what is actually new in terms of softwares and user experiences and most important how it can affect my everyday comute, the question remains here, is it worth it for what your telecom/service provider network can already offer??? shout to UnboxTherapy , my place to go for All-Tech

  17. Im not defending one + but i dont get why people are sceptical when it comes to motorized camera. Most people they buy a new phone in 2 years , so probably it will not have any problem in those 2 years. And even if it breaks down in 2 years im sure most will find it as an excuse to buy a new one

  19. I have mixed feelings about the OnePlus 7 vs my current 6T. On one hand, the completely bezel-less design of the 7 is beautiful, and the even larger batter would certainly be a bonus! However, the pop-up camera I'm not the biggest fan of. While I like what it allows OnePlus to do with the display, whenever you use face unlock or take a selfie it will have to go up and down. If it's durable, that's great, but I'm still skeptical. Also I personally would rather have a flat display than a curved-at-the-edges one.

    So I think I'll stick with my 6T for now, and probably wait till the 8T or the 9 to upgrade 🙂
