1. For those wondering, it is generally our policy at IGN to play all the way through a single-player campaign before reviewing a game. However, we do make exceptions to that: there are games that are meant to never end, games that are broken, games that are good but extraordinarily long, and games like this that are terrible and also pretty long. In this specific case, the reviewer put in over two dozen hours before throwing in the towel, and I for one am satisfied that he was thorough and believe that it’s highly unlikely that the last dozen or so hours of Left Alive were going to redeem it in his eyes.

2. I can tolerate low framerates, but not unstable framerates.

5. Glad RE2, DMC 5 and hopefully Sekiro saved 2019 so far. So much disappointing games came out just in three months time.

25. I don't know how or why but there people somehow giving high user ratings for this game on metacritic. I don't know what game they were playing but it couldn't have been Left Alive. Because this game is not even an 8 out of 10
