  1. For everyone asking about the remake the first game Nightdive is making it and owns the rights to System Shock. They didn't cancel the game but had to put it on hold for a month after controversy about handling the remake. They are still on track to finishing the game and uploaded early alpha gameplay on their channel recently.

  2. Finally a sequel! Loooks great better than UE3 I know EA not using UE3 anymore just their proprietary engine Frostbite now using Unity engine…

  3. :/ how do they expect new people to know what’s going on ? They should’ve just rebooted the series and start fresh

  4. This ShoDAN is uncanny… simplistic, yet animated… and just plain wrong. Just the stuff of nightmares.
The music… it's clearly the medbay theme. It's the old MIDIs, modernized. It definitely fits the atmosphere better, but the lo-fi 90s sci-fi feel is still there.
The visuals… again, undeniably SS1, but modernized.
    This looks amazing.

  5. If this doesn’t have the original 94 version music and sound effects may as well forget it, sonny. That played a integral part in its atmosphere and mood, its identity

  6. This looks so badass. I really cant wait to get a hold of this game. Hell I might even do some playthroughs of the first and second on my channel soon.

  7. Just fyi, this company is also developing a remake to System Shock 1, but they've been going through some controversy about downgrades after switching engines from Unity to Unreal. That along with studio issues about over ambition as well. Idk why they're using Unreal for the remake if the 3rd game is using Unity, but just thought i'd put this out there. I'm cautiously optimistic.
