  1. not interested about this headset because i want the best of the best headset i think pie max is going to bring the best headset out such as the 8k x headset and i already bought the 8k headset no problems with it and i was going to buy the StarVR but they had lots of problems and if someone brought powerrful headset out i will buy it even though that i have to upgrade my pc it will be worth it in the end and doesn't matter about the price if you are mad about vr and long live vr

  2. Why would I buy just the headset? What controllers is it compatible with aside from the Index controllers?

  3. Ok so help me understand. Since all this stuff is sold seperate and it sounds like you can mix amd match hardware, does that mean i could have a index headset with Oculus controllers and sensors?

  4. meh, I'll wait until this technology comes into balance with average income… i remember when common VCRs were $1000 because it was new tech.

  5. New Video; when the last releases their new line, i would like a comparison. Best performance, best visual optics (not specs) best/biggest games pick from, Audio, cord annoyance, and set up, etc……………………

  6. I had an Oculus Rift for about 2 months before I sold it. These improvements sound cool, but they're smartphone tier incremental. I'll wait until 4K per eye and 144hz+ is standard, which is hopefully only a year or three away at this point.

  7. I'm assuming Steam will be completely usable, but can I play my oculus games with it? I wonder if the flagship title will be Half Life 3??!!?!?!!!!??!?!? lol

  8. i want one. i just have to figure out how to get it. Don't want mail man to leave on my porch, which they tend to do. 1k is a fine price if i get it. buying it for a porch pirate would just suck.

  9. No body is interested in valve anymore. They don't even make games anymore .They can shove there 1000 dollar night vision goggles up there valve pipe.

  10. Nobody wants that oculus garbage. VR even on the highest end is already low fidelity. Why would companies think people want even shittier quality? Once high end has reached a certain point then you can create budget and convenience friendly versions which still deliver reasonable performance

  11. Just a heads up to all who are interested. I have a 10000 dollar pc and I can run my wireless htc vive pro at high settings at 90. No chance of getting it to 120 without dropping the settings. Even then I can't get a solid 90 at max so just bare that in mind. Rtx 2080ti strix, 9900k, 64gb ram, nvme ssd, Rog maximise extreme motherboard. Solid 5ghz OC on 9900k on all 8 cores.

  12. im going to wait for PSVR2 and whatever xbox might do before I get a headset. I know of course the index is going to be better, but i can't help but wonder if the consoles can change the game for VR. I almost even want to wait for Oculos or Vive to respond to see where the technology goes. I have a 4690k, DDR3, and 1070 I will probably have to upgrade to support this thing…

  13. for such a review i was expecting a bit more critic view of where VR is. Jeremy sound almost like he was ready to buy 2 pair and was excited by even the smallest things. In my opinion the upgrades that could benefit more in a new VR headset would be OLED having more better black. higher density, less cables. many of the new stuff seems more like POCs for developer to take advantage off then it would benefit the new buyer.
