I dont believe BTC strength was the deciding factor in absorbing negative news, but rather quite the opposite. The elite whales manufactured the whole FUD, the binance thingy, the tether thingy, the timing is jjust too convenient in my opinion. Will it hold, who knows, just be careful and know it may not be as strong as it appears. Just my two cents on this.

The fact that btc is so dominant and most alt coins aren't seeing the same gains has me a little worried. It could go either way but I'm expecting some massive consolidation in the coming weeks/months. I don't think the "great bull run" for crypto has started yet.
