  1. Anyone see the fan fiction video about how the white walkers push Jon and pals back to kings landing where they were forced to bend the knee to cerci for her help? Then Jamie knifes her in the end? Sticking with that ending instead

  2. So… we the audience saw subtle symbolism in Drogon destroying the symbol of power and corruption that led his mother to her death… but the writers apparently didn't? Did Martin tell them Drogon would melt the throne and they just didn't get it?

  3. So the writers wrote something completely different in the script to what was shown in the show. Dam the cinematographer is literally better at writing then the writers

  4. Lol the actual reason is DUMB AF. and these clowns are going to make a Star Wars movie? I can't imagine a film that is WORSE than Last Jedi

  5. Drogon burned away any sort of hope veiwers had for the show…season 7-8 were such hard declines of character…it was sad to watch…but 8…to watch so much "subverting of expectations" was such an unsatisfying conclusion to so many story lines it was disgusting…Jon didnt get to kill the night king..Aria didnt get to kill Cersei Lannister, Grey Worm didn't get to avenge anybody, Daenerys never got to sit on the iron throne, brand becomes king for no reason.. and John gets sent back to the Nights Watch which has nothing to watch anymore considering the night king is dead… season 8 is a perversion of George RR Martin's vision, 9 + years of anticipation down the toilet…its pretty unforgivable

  6. So he did a point blank shoot up into the air, except for no reason really because he did want to kill Jon, just…. didn't.

  7. Because the finale season was terrible. Drogon melting the throne was a reflection of fan's frustration from watching 8 seasons amount to…..Bran?

  8. Jon blames the corruptive lure of the Iron Throne and the power it represents for the reason why Dany turned bad and why he had to kill her…

I interpreted the scene as Drogon sensing Jon’s feelings towards the Iron Throne being the thing that was the root cause of the death of Daenerys
And so burned it up in anger and sadness
