1. I managed to recruit, Petra and Felix and Catherine for the eagles on around the ninth month. It’s very possible!

2. For me I recruited Ingrid,Shamir,Marianne,Felix,Alois,hanneman(who I made a grappler) Manuela for the black eagles. When I do blue lions it will be Petra and Dorothea. Golden deer I will get Ingrid,petra and that's it.

   Kinda wish I could recruit Cornelia,Judith and kronya but oh well haha.

4. IGN is misinformed. Hilda is indeed recruitable on the Black Eagles route but only during a relatively small window a few weeks before Part 2 begins.

6. Don't say things so definitively. You can definitley get everyone on a single playthrough. I got Hilda no problem as part of the black eagles. These guys just aren't playing it right or don't know how to do it. The only characters you can't recruit are the house leaders, dedue, and hubert. So don't believe everything on the internet.

10. cant u also recruit them by simply spending time with them and giving them gifts without skills?

11. Having a B support level makes it possible for the student to come to you and ask to join regardless of how high your skill levels are. It is possible to S/L each week to trigger this kind of event.

12. bad advice in the beginning, recruit literally everyone you can. it makes things easier and less depressing later on…

15. I know these may seem like a no brainer, but to anybody who hasn’t started yet, make sure you do the quests at the monastery from Jeralt. That’s all I’ll say.

16. Since you can grind as much as you want, just keep battling until the weapons are D level, i only go faculty training for riding armor and flying

21. On my first run I couldn’t get anyone except Felix who was the only kind soul to accept my invites. On my second run tho everyone wants a piece of this professor

22. I find having the character to a support level C and the skill they like to C gets the character for me.

    I’m trying to recruit them all. Gives me a longer play through. And I find it funny that I’ll have all the students while the other houses will literally only have two of them.
