Based on what you said in the video the thing plugged in the car is pretty useless. It basically log in the app the car position, so if someone move your car without having the phone connected it will not show the new position. Lots of app (es apple maps on iPhone) auto-save parking position when detects that the phone is being used in car, so this basically is an expensive gimmicky charger
