  1. I am new too the hobby. Bought myself a RTF quad with FPV, but not the goggles. Heard about Liftoff through you guys, bought it downloaded it. Did a few hours with the tutorial, and a few free flight in the simulator. I got my FPV goggles, first flight in the field, I went straight to full Acro mode, (I normally fly self leveling mode in LOS) was flying well enough, just need to work on my landings now. The simulator is a great training tool!

  2. I was watching drone racing and I just thought this would be cool as hell to be a game but I didn’t know how to make a game. This game right here is exactly what I imagined it would be, it’s so cool to see this game in real life

  3. i know that im asking this a bit late ft wont reply i dont think but if anyone can tell me can i use a transmitter from a airplane simulator to play on liftoff?please help if u can

  4. Hey FliteTest Crew, I'm a 107 commercial pilot, Camera drones "DJI" doing some real-estate and lots of inspection work. Decided to start playing with this FPV stuff, Got my self a TinyHawk and a Taranis X7, Everything is all set up and after watching this video I decided to buy the sim LiftOff… But both of the links in this video are broken. 🙁

  5. im finding lift off to way too sensitive on my xbox controller i can go up fast but foward momentum on the pitch is too much same as the roll dynamics and feels nothing like flying my real drone in comparison i know its a sim but any help is appreciated on getting the controls more dialled in

  6. there are better for realism but for fun liftoff is the best hands down…could be the most real sim in the world, if your bored after 10 minutes its trash…

  7. Is it in VR?? if its not then it should be right? I would like to see it on the Vive Pro as I'm not sure if I want to get into FPF, but on the other hand I'm not sure how decent the quality is of FPV goggles as I had the original HTC Vive and the visual quality was terrible so I had to get the Vive Pro and I can imagine FPV goggles even being much better than the original Vive.

  8. I got to test this little thing 2 years ago in geneva at a game convention while it was still in development, and got to speak with the guys from LuGus. After about 15 minutes of getting to know the controls, I was 3D-ing the heck out of the drones, despite not having any prior experience with drones. Great fun, and easy to get into.

  9. How is the flight accuracy. You guys talk about he community, the graphics and everything else. But what matters the most is how realistic the actual physics are. They look super floaty and clunky compared to actual flight. THATS what you really needed to cover. I hope they didnt just pay you to sell this to new pilots.

  10. Hello. I'm planning to get Liftoff, but I don't know how to rig up my RC transmitter to my PC, what dongle do I use and how do I make my PC identify the transmitter, calibration of the transmitter etc.

  11. Hey guys I have a question Im new to your channel and maybe you can save me some time..

Are there fpv planes yet? like lightweight ones that are maybe acrobatic and you can race with?
Ive seen a plane have a swivel camera linked to a set of goggles that allowed them to turn n stuff.. are there any fpv planes or quads like that currently? Love acviation and drones and rc Ive just been a busy dude elsewhere and would love to dive right in lol. I just got a spark I know its a different class

  12. I purchased real flight 7.5 awhile back when I was still in the process of building my plane (balsa)… I was a total noob to rc, but gave me a huge advance to my maiden flight. Practiced landings over and over for days.
