What was /52?

Out of 52 was a video project where we created a new video every week for an entire year. Each video had no set theme, just what interested or inspired us that week. Initially, we embarked on this project to challenge ourselves creatively and develop our filmmaking skills. We understand not every video will appeal to our entire audience, but we hope you enjoy what you watch and stick around for more.

As always… we’ll see you guys next Monday! 😉

  1. Great video! I love seeing new people getting into the hobby! Tip: If you were using ReelSteady or the stabilization on the Hero 6, that can exaggerate vibration issues. Only use ReelSteady if you have vibration-isolating shocks for the GoPro. And if you have the 7 black, HyperSmooth works great at eliminating all vibrations and rolling shutter.

  2. Small heads up for all the future fpv pilots out there: Always use a multimeter to meassure for continuity and additionally a smoke stopper before pluggging in the first time (; Also never fly indoors unless you know what you are doing^^ This guy was so lucky to not loose a finger….

Also your quad might need some tuning. You can definitly get rid of those vibrations in your video 😀

  3. You guys are amazing. I’m looking to buy an fpv drone mid next year. You guys should fly that thing at wells gray provincial park

  4. Amazing! You guys took the challenge and killed it. So impressive!! I had no idea the FPV drones didn’t just come ready to fly? Impressive all around boys! Thumbs up from me. Tim

  5. Dudes this is super nice!!! Bro I love the transitions, angles, reveal shots it’s so freaking awesome! That landing was perdy clean.
Were you using a hero 6 for the flight?
Also do you have amazon prime? If so props should only take a few days to arrive.
Also how in the world do y’all do the precision flying from the car? Were you in the car while flying over head ?

  7. nice! I'm also trying to get into this. I'm still practicing in the DRL sim with a transmitter. Then I'm probably gonna get one of those cinewhoop style. Maybe a tiny whoop for a start. But good job man, I like that dive. I want to know why it suddenly fell at 9:06

  8. I played about 120 hours of simulation time in on velocidrone and liftoff combined. I should be able to fly now but it is winter…. I just need to build one. Can't wait to start my cine series.

  9. Ahhh man, I was hoping to see that insane liftoff like the one you guys showed on Instagram. It was jaw-dropping. I expect to see some insane drone shots to roll out in every video. 😉

  10. I just ordered me a tiny hawk lol , can’t wait to start learning how to fly these drones and get one of these bad boys ! Good work with yours !

  11. Great video! Just a tip, I'd add some foam or some sort of vibration eliminator between the drone and the GoPro, that way you're going to reduce the amount of vibrations in your footage!
