  1. If Apple sets itself up as an ISP, I don't see how that helps people in the USA. Apple is more restrictive on content than YouTube. Sure, a phone for teens, but not adults. Apple is a major censor of content.

  2. with only small antenna in smartphone, the data rate can be accepted by smartphone from satellite will be very low and just 1 way, just like gps.

  3. Apple is trying to eliminate the cell service provider.. i think i’ll start looking at CALLS for 2020-2021 while they are still cheap ?

  4. Innovation is good but I'm fairly sure this service will only be for Apple users, which I'm not. I am far more interested in the trailblazing efforts of SpaceX and bring it data connectivity to all corners of the world no matter which device they use, which in most cases not an Apple product
