  1. 1. those wheels are hideous. whoever designed them needs to be at home collecting Biden checks… not designing wheels

    2. no one ever talks about battery life… how many charges or years are these cells going to last and how much are they to replace. I know you can easily drop 1k on golf cart batts so I bet these Tesla / Ford Lightning / other electric car batts are an astro-freaking-nominal cost to replace

  2. I don’t like some of the features on it but at least it’s better than the Mach E. My question is what are people gonna do when they have to fix these cars. Most people only know how to repair combustion cars. I know there will be repair shops but will this make it harder to do it yourself?

  3. Given how risky it is to buy a gas engine 1st gen model, I wouldnt touch this with a mile long pole……..not for awhile anyway, like several years….

  4. Charging will be interesting with a 32’ trailer behind you at a charge station with traffic coming in and out. I guess you could pull up sideways and block all chargers in a tight lot. On a long weekend watching a 34 point turn with 30 angry family’s behind you is gonna be the new tailgating. Hopefully the newer charging spots will keep in mind a straight through charging station.

  5. id like to see someone actually try and do work with that thing, as soon as u put a load on it that battery will just be eating and youll get terrible mileage

  6. What an awesome throwback with ALL these cool toys (engineering user options) it's like Ford is turning a la 80's Japanese on us.

There was a time (@1967-1992) when only the top of the line had fun bells and whistles until the upstairs of the big three were woken up by the overseas competition.
