2. Hello Captain!
   I am a beginner drone person – in fact, I don't even have a drone at all, but family members might be looking at it. My question is, one of your recent drone videos was talking about the Holy Stone HS 100. How does this HS 120D compare? Which would you recommend?

3. Ok I just ordered a hs130. I can’t find any reviews videos on that model but from the looks of specs it’s almost the exact same as this one. First question can you fly without calibrating it. My dog loves chasing drones. I usually get him these cheap little red $35 holy stone drones. With the brushed motors. they only last about 2-3 months but they quit making them. I don’t need a drone that will follow me, land itself or even record as I’ll prob be taking the camera off so it is lighter. My old drone you could just turn on, sync the controller, start the motors and it was good to go. This one seems like kinda a pain to be spinning it all around to do its gps compass whatever. Seems like just more things to go wrong or break. My next question is can you take the camera off w/o breaking it? Last question how fast do those rotors spin? Have you hit yourself. I’ve hit myself plenty of times with these little cheap ones and while they sting a bit not like my more expensive racing drone which would cut you so I can’t let my dog chase it.

6. Got one of these the other day…. have yet to fly it though!!! But I'm hype!!!!!

7. I just got mine delivered on Friday, April 9th, I can't figure out how to activate the camera app for camera or video. My app screen just shows the background start up image. It does not matter which Burton I press, the camera won't start up. Any ideaa?

8. Hope someone can help me. I have the HS120D but i cannot open the avi files on my pc. Not with vlc player or other players. The files are all very small only a few kb. So I think something is not working correctly. I have a fast SD card which I also use with my gopro 9 without any problems. Already formated the card a few times, no change. Any idea? I also tried to convert the file to mp4, but the converting program does not even recognize the avi files.

9. I just started flying my new HS 120D and quickly realized that my eyesight isn't what it used to be. Do you know of any adapters to mount a tablet to this 120D?

13. This is my first drone and I love it! However I'm ready for an upgrade with one that has axis gimble and longer flight time. Great review but you forgot the one touch takeoff and landing unless I missed that part. Going to re-watch best drones under 299 lol

16. The motor that moves the camera up and down vibrates all the time, causing too much jello and shaky video footage. The toy camera is removeable however (250g drones without cameras have no restrictions in most countries) and you can attach a Mobius Mini 1440p action cam to it with a Syma mount.

18. Great Review but here is the most important question. You reviewed this a year and a half ago so now after frequent use, do these brush motors still operate satisfactorily?

23. Hey Captain Drone, will the FPV for this work on a 2.4ghz? Was looking at 5ghz quads until I realised my phone doesn't support that and this seems like a good alternative

28. Bang! There’s your video signal??? Not for me! I get everything else to do what it’s supposed to, get to activating the blades and nothing? Lights start flashing again? Got it to beep and shut off gps mode and still absolutely nothing. No directions pop up on my screen either. Nothing but disgusted!

29. New one has two batteries, no blade guards and no note book.

35. Thanks for this review, really helpful! I did buy this one but consider returning it and getting the Holy Stone HS270 or Holy Stone HS510.
    I am looking for s a drone we can use for taking nice videos of our RV trip and would greatly appreciate any comparison between these three options.
