  1. LINKA is a really good system.
A local bike shop rents out bikes using "LINKA Go". It lets you book a bike online, see what's available and where the bike is located on a map. Then just unlock the bike using the LINKA app and ride away.

  2. Hi, thank you a lot for introducing these smart locks, really helpful to compare the similar products before buying. I like the idea of besecu and another reason I’m interested is the team of Korean-Americans, as being Asian myself, I always willing to support those Asian innovators who are recognized internationally. But unfortunately, the fork of the bike I’m buying does not fit the requirement of installation,, but I really like the idea. Btw Nokē U lock and Deeperlock is no longer in the market in Dec 2019. Thinking of the customer support, no wonder Linka seems to be a better choice among these unstable small business, and of course more expensive. So my choice would be another two brands which are not listed here, “ULÄC Fingerprint U-lock” from Taiwan and “Sentinel GPS built-in (3 years tracking free) smart frame lock” from Belgium.

  3. what about a simple rigid fingerprint lock
i mean wtf tho, we dont need all thoose extra junk
a anti theft device is build in, in most ebikes, or can be bought for cheap.

more functions are more points of failure, and bluetooth by itself is pretty unsecure

  4. They're all pretty much the same across the board. There isn't really anything different about them, except they have smart features in them. Most the locks have all the same features. Really, what it's going to come down to is a price.
