  1. Video tools such as these are the OPPOSITE of what YouTube want me to upload (where are da memes bro?) – and I've also turned off midroll adverts (to avoid distractions during meditation). As such, videos like this exist only because of your support. So please consider a super thanks or membership if you find these tools useful!

  2. Forgot to say that I really like these unguided meditation videos. While guidance can help someone, it mostly distracts me. And while I could just listen to the sounds of nature, video is a nice bonus for visualizing the environment where the sounds belong. I'll wait to see if you make more of these kinds of videos in different environments!

  3. Thank you for the video. It rekindled my desire to meditate on daily basis. I’m going to try to watch or at least listen to this every day from now on.

  4. Heyo, nice experience! I can't really say nice video as, though I fully listened through it, I sort of zoned out after some time before coming back to my senses (which, it's after midnight here, so, it might have been my brain trying to trick itself asleep). It really did something for sure as, at the beginning, my thoughts were bouncing from one to another, my body feeling uncomfortable due to my thumb feeling squashed. I don't really remember what my last thought was, but, after a few minutes, I zoned out completely. I wasn't asleep because I was able to notice that the waterfall sound wasn't present anymore, but, I wasn't aware of anything. It's crazy what can happen if I just focus, wind back the gears (and fight them – thoughts about questions, impulses, and the like) and breathe. I felt really relaxed afterwards and another video I watched after made me feel so much more relaxed. I feel like I don't have to pace up and down the halls to think about feedback (granted, it is a bit hard to think because I'll probably just roll over and fall asleep very shortly) like I usually do, or, have to pace during the video. Maybe it's a placebo, maybe it isn't. Anyway, interesting premise that I enjoyed. Keep it up!

  5. thanks for this, a great way to meditate and avoid distractions and excess of dopamine, it would be great if i had a VR ):
but still, great video, i love ur VR videos, its nice to see another one and i like that this is like a part 2 of the past video, it must be tough to upload lucid dreaming videos for 3-4 years continiously, thats why i "love Love" u get it? ?

  6. What a wonderful video. I think this is just the kind of thing I've needed, so thank you for taking the time and effort to put this together.

(I hope it's not a bad thing that I found myself paying rather close attention to a certain avian friend for a minute there.)
