  1. This is not a $1399.00 phone anymore. Not even $999.00, it's now $499.00 at T-Mobile! For that kind of cash, it's a steal and if this form factor is for you, this phone is now for you.

  2. People will pay $800-1500 for an iPhone that is mass-produced with a new model every 6-12 months but get scared of a $1400 price tag when it comes to something unique and innovative that requires millions in R&D to produce. Albeit I'm a bit of a hypocrite since I have a 12 pro max and a 13 mini myself, but I also have a Z flip 3 I use specifically for work lol.

  3. motorola fucked up so bad, this form factor and nostalgia would have made it a hit. They shouldn't have came out with it till it had good battery, better camera, and flagship chipset. 1400 for subpar of all of those things, makes no sense

  4. Every time you drop that sleek phone on the ground, that's $1,000 that's hitting the floor. Drop it enough times on a sidewalk or street and see what happens. They should have designed it with a thin layer of rubber edges on the perimeter for better grip all the way around way, except at the hinges, and the lower part of the phone should have been much more ergonomically designed for better hand grasp.

  5. Marquez.. you sir are the best on you tube. I love you for all you do. You are iconic in my opinion. Ready to pull trigger on the Razr but it will be interesting on the 3rd interaction.

  6. I wouldn't buy any of the flip phones until they're comparable to the top of the line Iphone and Samsung Phones. If I'm paying more than 1000 dollars I want it to be worth it

  7. I'm looking to buy a new phone, because my iPhone 6S has all used up storage. So I remembered the guy who Gal Gadot had blocked on twitter. And here I am.

  8. This phone is actually really cool. I feel like it makes a lot of sense from a user's perspective. Function over form. Main point is that it doesn't really seem to crease. That means you can buy one second hand with some confidence you aren't getting a screen that is on it's way out like the Samsung foldable phones. They seem to go way cheaper second hand too, they're about 400-500 on Swappa right now. I hope Motorola continues to make these phones and hopefully we can get the MSRP under 1000 within a few generations. I can definitely see myself owning a folding phone in the future.

  9. As often as im checking my phone for messages, having to flup open the phone every time I text, would be idiotic. This design is not with the times

  10. Dumb question but Marques do u have an extra one cuz I would love to have one of these. Please.🥺 For real I love Motorola phones and this one is amazing but can't afford it. Ugh.

  11. All these software details go to show it’s going to be a while before you can simply install Graphene on a phone like this.
I’m looking forward to this technology really maturing, but I’m not enough of an early adopter for the state it’s in now.
