  1. I don't think real estate agents need help selling anything right now. Houses in Phoenix are selling before they hit the market and they are going for 10% above asking or more. This strat will work better when real estate agents actually need to sell

  2. Pick a look and stay with it. Not only do you make a "brand" but there is also the added benefit of a consistent workflow, which means, you can scale up rapidly. I just saw this. It is very great advice. You're a kind, considerate and generous young man!

  3. Excellent video! I like the kind of person who can show his earlier mistakes, because we all are in the same position when we first start out. I can see you are a great teacher……

  4. This was some of the most valuable information out there. I just started doing Real Estate Video, I enjoy it and it's been going well but I wish I knew this when I started.

  5. First off, sorry about taking me over a year to see this video. Secondly, great video, great info. One thing I always remember is that an artist is the hardest critic of their work. You may think that your video is the worse with all the glaring defects you find, but to the client it is the best thing since slice bread. Keep going and again, great video.

  6. Hello there. Great vid ask thanks for taking the time out to help us. For internal real estate shoots, what lens do you think works best? 14mm? 16mm? How wide is too wide and how much is not wide enough? I’m really interested to see how much difference is there and if there’s a general guide. So many thanks in advance. Take care

  7. Very informative, thanks for the tips. Have you ever wondered the difference between great music, great videos and real estate? Subscribe to our channel and find out, -Piercing Instincts

  8. Hi, Firstly ı have got Mavic Air 2 and ı want to buy camera for inside shoot. I live in turkey and here many digital things expensive, for beginner shooting in real estate video which camera do you advice. Thanks for your usefull videos

  9. I just made a mistake yesterday while practicing on a townhouse. I turned my camera on, saw that the shutter was at 24…at first I'm like that odd but I'm shooting 24fps so I'm good. Finished the townhouse then I switched some setting or something and then shutter flipped to 1/48 then I'm like crap…..had to do it all over again. 48 is what I wanted to film 24fps

  10. I know this video is a year hold but it will hold lots of value for ever really. I am really thinking about doing aerial videos with the Autel Evo 2 and the mavic Air 2. I know I will need a nice camera gimbal like one of the ronins or something and eventually a camera and different lenses. Like you said, a phone gimbal could be used at first start-up until you get up to speed. Thanks for telling it straight, that no one is gonna pay you to fly your drone all day. I knew this was true but kinda thought it would be more than 15% aerial and 85% would be walking around inside homes and doing video inside mostly. This is good news to me though as I live up north in Pittsburgh Pa area. I was wondering what a winter would like trying to do this full time. Even if there is snow on the ground some properties would still look great im sure. Studying for my part 107 currently and I wanted to have a look at what to expect. This video really helped.

Thanks Ken. As always, stay original. And I used to live down on Marco Island FL for 10 years and I lived in Ft. MCCOY Ocala FL. Also for about 4 years. Go Gators lol

  11. Nice and honest video! Amazed by how interior design differences so much between US/EU in general. Also a thing I noticed when I visit the US myself near 4years ago.
