  1. You haven't truly experienced Bigscreen until you've joined in a cinema full of people talking where an Irish postman was felt up by a resident grandma, you've just realised theres pen drawings of genitalia directly above your head without you knowing for half the movie, and fully grown man coming into your movie demanding he wants to watch something else while everyone rages at him and throwing tomatoes and popcorn at him screaming GTFO.

  2. Imagine buying a 4D chair; that could integrate with vr!

You would want to get an 11.4.2 Dolby Atmos speaker setup; to become immersed into the movie.

A full haptic suit would finish the ultimate experience.

A small home theater could make money, by selling such an experience. It would help pay off the expensive gear too LOL.

  3. Bigscreen is the shit lol. I like to use it to play my non-vr games on a massive virtual screen in a baller ass virtual living room lol

  4. This will become a bid deal when the Quest 2 comes out because of the affordability of the device plus with COVID it will be a huge advantage to hang out with friends once again

  5. Fun Fact! I have worked as a "projectionist" (automated system programmer) in several modern cinemas that featured digital projection. the thing is, unless you are specifically going to a theater that is using 4k as a selling point (usually an IMAX theater) you are watching your movie in a cropped down version of 1080… and sure while people argue that 4k offers more clarity, the gains are in fact quite nominal. in terms of pure pixel density and number of pixels being used to render the image on the "movie screen" I would imagine the reverb g2 would probably match up with seeing a movie in the theater pretty closely…

  6. With covid 19, this would be one of the best ways to do movie releases. Instead, Disney figures it does better by charging the user money on top of a subscription based app.

  7. Do u have to pay for all the movies cuz I don’t see the point in that my theatre is the same price and if I haven’t pay for a one time movie it kinda annoys me There should be free movies live at a set time and other u have to repay to see statist away
