PSVR was awful.
New technology is what we love to see
Remember everybody, Sword Art Online events take place in 2022.
There is any releas date ?
PS VR still an expensive gimmick
Please make a PS Vita 2
SENSOR RINGS!!!! YOUR CONE IS TOO YOUNG!
Hey Sony buy your pos ps5 back from me
Foveated rendering and increased field of view is HUGE, since those are the two biggest problems with VR right now.
An increased field of view is arguably the most important thing for immersion, and foveated rendering allows for a massive boost in visual fidelity with the same hardware.
Obviously not just for vr but psvr 2 is gonna be insane
Nobody asked it so I’ll say it; is this thing backwards compatible with PS VR games?
this brings so many possibilities like fortnite or apex or cod VR

IGN:
Is the PS VR2 backwards compatible with PS VR1 games?
Ill just stick with the quest 2
Let's gooooooo
Halflife Alyx for PSVR2?
Awesome.
PlayStation chasing gimmicks and have no games🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
Still waiting for PC 2.
That looks incredible! Hopefully we can get some more VR spinoffs. A full VR Spider-Man game for instance, based on the same engine as the free one for the Holland movies. Or VR Ghost of Tsushima (although that might be too similar to Arashi: Castle of Sin). Maybe a VR Killzone, if Guerrilla already has a VR team. The possibilities are endless.
Wireless?
Maybe you could do something to stop scalpers
Imagine playing Fall Out 5 on this.
The increased field of view, haptics and 4K resolution is going to be amazing for upcoming VR title's.
PSVR2 … wow they must had spent years to come up with that name.
Re village would be amazing
Cool, now give me ps vita 2
Can't wait
VR is the future!
Buuut it's still not wireless… Pointless. The whole point of VR is wireless simulation. If Xbox comes out with VR (In specs) It's gonna blow this out of the Arena

What's the point of this when they can't figure out how keep consoles on store display.
2022: Sword Art Online gonna become reality
excited, but lots of things unknown.
price? room size requirements? backwards compatibility? will have to wait for reviews and more games to come out
480p 12 fps

This is cool and all but how about they make sure everyone has a console first huh?
