  1. Everyone ragging on the multiplayer comment but fail to understand it was just a criticism of the fluidity in battles being shown. At least thats what im assuming.

  2. One of the key elements of the Master Chief is that you do not see his face. It allows each individual to imagine the character as whoever they would like. It is a crucial aspect of why the Chief is so awesome. This statement alone shows the reviewers know nothing about Halo and the significance of Master Chief as a character. Which is very surprising coming from IGN.
Additionally, the use of FP view is so cliché and gimmicky that it immediately puts the show in a category of "video game adaptation" vs a serious action/sci-fi/drama that the story truly is.
Also, the games most DEFINTELY addressed the issue of the Spartans being seen and treated as war machines vs actual humans and most DEFINTELY explored the Chief's struggle with coming to terms not only with his messed up upbringing/kidnapping but his own humanity as well.
It is flabbergasting that IGN actually made the above statements in this review. Whomever wrote this review has never played the games or read any of the books.
