You keep calling BTC a hard asset, if anything it is a speculative soft asset. There is no reason in the world that all the miners could not start mining a fork of BTC. BTC is not tangible, does not have intrinsic value and it only provides the value that 'believers' have in it. Talking about inflation, the devaluing of a means of trade is effectively what inflation is that is why printing fiat currency is deflationary. BTC will only ever have value if there is mass adoption, the value will come from what can be traded for it. If it remains as unstable as it is right now it will never be adopted for everyday use. To sum it all up let's keep speculating until it all comes unstuck. It took one iceberg to sink the Titanic.

I don't buy into the rising ocean propaganda because we're entering a 12,000 year cycle ice age with magnetic excursion event if you look at the charts and dyor and ta.
