I know it'd be expensive to develop, but a Dark Forces or KOTOR-style adventure RPG with full-scale detailed maps and locations would be…. yeah. I'm not even really a fan of star wars, but lightsabers are SUCH an obvious VR weapon – a sword that is really supposed to have a weightless blade so it doesn't feel wrong, and also introduces some really cool mechanics for puzzle solving (cutting things off, melting through etc).
Oh and force powersinc. jump, grab, lift, slowing time, lightning etc, all been demonstrated in other games and work really well.
