  1. And over here in North America we’ll probably never see half of these. Too bad the manufacturers over here are busy trying to keep stuffing gas motors in otherwise electric vehicles. (PHEV)

  2. If all of this electric cars would become successful, there will be not enough charging stations and batteries to power all of them.

  3. the ix3 sucks. for an SUV it is 3 years too late – too expensive with a small battery – especially at the german autobahn. the e-tron sportback looks a bit more competitive.
i will wait for the cupra elborn. probably the same specs like the e-tron but cheaper

  4. Range and horse power Is the issue a vehicle that is affordable to the mass market home charging would all so be warranted .Where is Volvo?

  5. Remember when Apple made the iPhone and Nokia was trying to play catch up with its own smart phone? What’s that? You young guys don’t know what Nokia is? 😉

  6. Let us see here. We have a terrible virus killing people, so businesses are restricted and many people work from home. Driving is way down. So, there is so much oil and gas that the price of gasoline has dropped to 99 cents. Why buy an electric car that has to be plugged in when gas is so cheap?

  7. the idea of electric cars is fine and no doubt the technology will improve so they really can compete with or even overtake the existing oil based vehicles. The thing that concerns me is that a "full tank" will give a range of say 250 miles. Sounds good, compared to some gas guzzlers. The niggle I have is when you have a car full with the family, its snowing/ freezing outside/ its dark and traffic is busy with say everyone travelling for christmas. With the car lights, radio, demister, heater etc on will the range be the same? The sceptic inside me says it won't be anyway near BUT I'm prepared to learn. If that scenario can be overcome completely by current electric vehicles then I may look at investing in one. Currently I'm not that confident in the technology but, as stated previously, it will improve but I will have departed probably by then.

  8. Is the lack of American EV's on purpose ? Cause it's aggravating to have to hear about cars that are impossible to purchase. Yeah I know that goes both ways if on the odd chance that the American EV's were shown. MAYBE you should create videos of European versions and American versions. That way everyone would be happy.

  9. Electric cars are the future , there are lot more brands missing like VW , Polestar . All brands need to have longer range batteries to compete with TESLA. TESLA needs to upgrade its interior .Thanks for the updates.

  10. The arrival of EV’s are long over due.. with rising fuel prices .. the environmental issues we face along with everything else…. EV’s are here to stay not to mention they last a lot longer compared to internal combustion contraption that needs to die off and remain in automobile museums only!

  11. I wouldn’t buy that BMW EV for shit, all that for under 300 mile range and a price tag I’m sure over $80K… Hell no..

And Lucid trying to be a Tesla killer, huh…? A true Tesla killer would have a range over 400 miles and a price tag at least starting truly at $50K… Otherwise, Tesla will be king of EV makes for a good while…

Nio with battery trade in stations and XPENG with onboard generators recharging while driving are the two EV makers who I’d say have the best chance of even competing strongly with Tesla, let alone killing Tesla… And I’m no Tesla geek fanboy, I’m just looking at stats and facts… (Oh, and I think XPENG already has onboard AI assistance, like Alexa and Siri, and I think level three automated driving)… Tesla doesn’t have that shit yet, it’s coming as an upgrade, but not fully integrated yet… (at least at my last moment of research)

  12. These cars are actually cooler than the tesla. The designs are great the insides are better so is the outside. Compared to the too much too simple tesla thats over priced.

  13. I like the Tata Nexon….but what about servicing the vehicle. Who is qualified, certified, to work on Tata cars in the US and what states. I ask since VW does not have any certified techs to work on any electric VWs in FL. This is a problem. What about Nissan, the Leaf has been out for 10 years. So does Nissan have any certified techs who can work on the Leaf and Ariyah. Same question with Chevrolet Vault and Bolt. This is what I ran into when my car needs to be serviced but it has to be transported several states away at their expense. So far Tesla has this worked out I just hope the other ones who've been in business for years are doing the same.
