1. I also purchased the product without doing my research. I received the product in the mail. However right away it seemed like it was very fragile and it seemed like a kids toy. I was very upset with the quality of the zoom. So I called and told them I wanted a full refund. They told me I would have to pay for the shipping to send it back and then they would refund me. However I told them that wouldn't work for me. They put me on a brief hold, and came back with an offer of a 50% refund.. After seeing you are review , I called them back into them that I want a full refund. They told me no at first.. I did not get upset or yell I just told them that I was turning them into the Better Business Bureau. I also told them that everybody would know that there selling a false product than their advertising.. They immediately gave me a full refund into me to keep the product. I gave these products to my niece and nephew 's that are 3 and 5.. Do not buy this product. Thank you for your review it helped me open my eyes and call them back for a full refund..    Cuz if it is, it is a SCAM!!
   ALERT!! Do NOT buy this product. They will charge you three times more than they say without your knowledge until you get your bank statement and it is too late.

3. You said it was clear with the scope but it was very much not, it was blurry as F.

4. Agree this is a piece of junk! No way to return it which I tried from day one. Please avoid this company. Could never get a person to talk to , but got an email in two weeks offering me 30% refund. I probably should have taken it, because I never heard from them again. I should have purchased through amazon or PayPal but bought it from the stupid ad . I too tried to get the bracket for the phone to line up with my I phone camera, but it kept slipping.

5. I ordered a cheap one under 20 from Amazon, 2 days shipping and I figured it would be junk and pretty much was but only out 16 dollars and didn't throw it off a mountain. Expect Chinese quality but don't pay much for it that's the cheap guys way to buy.

6. YOU BETTER READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE. I got screwed for this because they put me on a "membership" that costs almost $70.00 a month, hidden deep in the fine print. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. 😕

7. Pal, the problem is yours. If you believe that magnification is real with a monocular of that size, you know nothing about optics. they just fooled a fool

10. I order one of those for $15 dollars approximately, and it was good by the price, of course i wasn't expecting a high performance monocular, but using from cellphone or by eye it is good by the price

14. Telescopes,binoculars, and spotting scopes have been a hobby of mine for years. When I saw that commercial I knew something wasn't right… there's no way you can get that kind of power without the image inverting.

19. You see this kind of crap all day. If you want something bad enough save the money and get a quality product. I saw all the ads about night vison products under 200 dollars again all crap. I saved and bought mil spec PVS14 NV monocular and it is quality but comes at a price. Same thing with a good monocular gotta spend to get a good piece of kit that you can actually use. Good thing there are guys like you out here doing these videos to save folks some money.

21. I also purchased, not one but two scopes and a mount for my I phone. Had trouble getting the scope on the phone and realized the product sucked. Spent many hours back and forth with emails, just getting a run around and double talk. I did buy it with pay pal, so am going to try and deal with pay pal rather than the company. Very frustrating and I was stupid too.

24. I orderd 4 of these.they are junk.the zoom does not work and my flip phones zoom is the same as looking through the star scope.if you have a phone then you would not need the star scope

33. Anything that (originally came from the military gadget), which cost so much money to produce, and comes down to just a small amount, will be too good to be true. The Chinese non-quality product makers know that when their garbage products leave mainland China, those products are not coming back for returns, so as your money. That's why they have so many scamming millionaires in their country.

36. I've seen several ads for this product all with an informational feel. Just too good to be true and factual. Glad I found your review. Confirms my suspicions. I'd rather spend 50 dollars for a nice dinner.
