And Antivirus such as McCafee and Avast, if you don't activate the premium version for such a long time, they will release viruses to your device til you don't have any choice but to buy the premium version of these softwares.

Lenovo IBM Thinkpads are the best computers money can buy. I have only used and sell these computers for the past 25 years. Apple blows ballz.
bought 2020 mac m1, after 1 week i had an update during which my battery in mac died. Had to service it bcs there was no way to turn it on. 1 year later i had an update which caused my external display to not be recognized. As far as keyboard – i dont know i think its quite good tbh. The company is garbage, with those prices u expect premium devices with premium software which they fail to deliver.
People think these big companies are honest but just look at VW diesel cars and what they did in order to pass emissions. That was the dirtiest thing I ever seen!

Here's the thing. Every device ever made declines in speed and its not engineers obsolescent. Its the evolution of technology. As new processors are developed different requirements are made on the software and hardware and it consumes energy in a different way. Famously, there was a series of smart phones from another company that did not incorporate battery management into their device and it ended up being a fire hazard. You still cannot take those model phones onto commercial airplanes. So there are reasons as devices get newer more advanced components that its necessary to write restrictions and controls to manage the older components in older phones. As the OS and software evolves to keep current with newer phones, compromises and safeguards need to be implemented to run new operating software on older phones with older processors. They have to write software for a reasonable range of devices and older devices do start to fall off. But honestly Apple supports their devices longer than most other companies support their older devices. A lot of the controversy is in the messaging and not the execution. Believe me I have my gripes with the fruit stand too, but they get singled out a lot for things that happen industry wide.
