  1. It's nice to hear that there are AAA studio's like Sony SM that still take great pride in the craftsmanship of game development re: no bugs, beautiful art, rock-solid frame rate, etc. Also appreciate Sam's criticisms.

  2. So what if they are the same game as TLOU and Uncharted?! They are my literal favorite game and clearly the best story games ever made.

  3. Completely agree with Sam, these triple a games are really missing the mark for me. The novelty has worn off and they all feel stupidly formulaic.

  4. The ps5 is not powerful enough to play Half-Life Alyx respectably. The recommended specs for that on pc are set low, and the game runs poor at those settings.

  5. PSVR2: 100 dollars for controllers, 300 for the headset, 200 in profit; why Sony, stop trying to make money, and get the system working beyond the gimmick phase, first. Sony, if you want VR to work, you have to meet us half way, and share the adaptation cost.

  6. So here are 3 votes that are not gonna have GoW as their GOTY. Its 3-1 for Elden Ring right now seems like. πŸ˜€ I am pulling for GoW of course. They should give us the tally this time around.πŸ™‚

  7. "People say Marvel movies are formulaic but they don't feel that way"

…Most of them are though you can predict the bloody story beats from the trailers, they're also going to have infuriatingly poorly written quippy dialogue every 10 seconds and a key jangling post credit scene how is that not formulaic? lol
