  1. HUGE THANKS to everyone who took part! As always, not everyone could make it this year (understandably so, it's a busy time), let me know who else you'd like to see next year ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

What is your favourite 2022 Smartphone? ๐Ÿ˜Ž

  2. Really appreciate the Collab.

But it's just popular opinion everyone repeats – ecosystem, conversations and not just pure individual choice, if that's a category at all.
We could have as well titled iPhone 14 pro max S22 ultra.

  3. I'm happy to see a few people hanging ok to older phones on this video.

I love tech, but I'm uncomfortable with ewaste. Upgrading every year just feels like I'm polluting and getting little personal benefit from it.

  4. Am I the only one that noticed marques about 3 feet tall in the bRoll shot when super saf is presenting his phone lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ heโ€™s standing in a picture on Apple campus

  5. I've had the IP 14 Pro Max, Fold 4 and Pixel 7 pro. Out of all three of those phones I would have to say the Pixel 7 pro has been my phone of choice. Coming from IOS for a number of years the Pixel 7 pro is as close as stock android you can get and it's just so fluid. Paired with a pixel watch and it's been fantastic.

  6. Gotta give respect when it's due. Kudos to Zack and Linus for holding onto their old phones longer instead of following the regular reviewer clout every year.

  7. My 3.5 year old Galaxy Note 10 Plus in Aura Glow still holds it's own and turns a lot of heads while doing it too because of that color ๐Ÿ˜‚

  8. Here you can see those who are tech reviewers and those who are fansboy. Some have been with the same brand year after year, others have changed phones year after year. I started 2022 with an iPhone 13 pro max then an s22 ultra, pixel 6a, pixel 7 pro and at the end of the year I have the z fold 4. It also depends on the region if all the phones were global they were among the best the mate 50 pro , xiaomi 12s ultra, vivo x80 pro and vivo x90 pro plus etc.

  9. Im still using the 2018 Huawei Mate 20X. Nothing else can match its size and capability yet. My wife has an Iphone 14 Pro Max and its like a playschool phone for technophobes.

  10. Fully support Casey on what he said about Android, and how Android would be the ultimate preference, if not being kinda pushed into using the iPhone. The pattern is easily seen, when the answers came from outside of America, Android, in this case Samsung G Ultra and Fold 4 were the preferred smartphones. Cause as a system, when the marketing and hype/status pressure is not considered, the Android wins hands down.

  11. I feel like there should be a push for these techtubers to acknowledge that the yearly upgrade cycle shouldn't really be a thing anymore, but maybe that's just me
