  1. i hav experiences similar a few times, there's still one moment that still haunts me to this day,
    basically,
i was at a restaurant in a huge mall, that was completely full, i started to feel anxious, everything sounded loud and messed mixed together, everything started to blur out horizonally, and finally i just heard a constant general restaurant noise and i lost all my senses except my feel,.. yeah i just felt my parents grab my shoulders ajd drag me out
i cant write more because im already tearing up because i just remembered it..

  2. How do I "unmask" after years of my mom making me shove my stimming deeper inside me, i have nothing to help me deals with how I feel, im dperessed and I just feel incomplete. I had a jacket, It was like my safety, I wore it all the time, even as it got warmer but my classmates and teacher started to complain and told me to take it off, i did but i just felt so exposed with out it. That jacket felt like my protection, I just liked being covered in it, and I could block out my classmates noise. Im trying to learn how to be me again but its hard. I feel like I get Ignored bc Im quiet compared to my brother who is hyper.Im quiet very friendly but kinda shy. I dont know why my mom was so focused on me being "normal".

  3. Maybe very high spectrum but I have autism and this is not very Accurate but when you get nervous, the breathing part is very accurate

  4. Yo as an autistic person I can't stop moving my head about everywhere during a sensory overload and I found it fascinating afterwards how I was able to panic and have the built in motor movement to move my neck transfer to my fingers so I can look around inside the video as if I were panicking irl 😂
