Apples price ladder algorithm across their entire product line is challenging. It plays a mental game with customers . That is affecting its sales. Diminishing their product line will benefit hugely. Just like Google had pro and non pro versions, easy to pick among the few choices.

Lower the price of the standard model to create a bigger gap to the pro models. They don’t have to raise prices…the little upgrades they offer year by year are not worth the price jumps whatsoever.

My iPhone 11 Pro Max cost me 1,099$
Chances are they won’t create a price gap between the 2 by decreasing the non-pro model, they’ll more than likely increase the price of the pro models. The money for fines and class actions has to come from somewhere and they’ll blame it on exchange rates 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Honestly the 13 pro was one of the best iPhones I had. Battery was great and camera and performance was as well. I have the iPhone 14 pro now and the battery is pretty bad…not sure if that’s from the phone itself or the new iOS. Only reason I upgraded really was because Apple gave me a great deal on my trade in value so really I only paid like $350 for the newer phone otherwise I was going to skip a year and wait for this 15 pro.
I understand preferring the way one phones camera results look to another and existing in a certain ecosystem. But other than that, there is no reason to buy an iPhone over a galaxy or pixel phone.

iPhone 15 $599 – iPhone 15 plus $699 – iPhone 15 pro $899 – iPhone 15 Ultra $1099. Otherwise Apple you will cry again and their marketing team need some lectures. Also, add 90 hertz on normal models at least. Also, I think it is dumb to have two sizes for either the normal or the pro. Just make a mini a normal and a pro may be the screen on normal 6.1 and on pro 6.4
