  1. Moral of the story: Microsoft has some of the smartest techies in the world and did their research before spending billions on this stuff

  2. Google are letting 12000 employees go, and in their message to announce this, they said they are channelling their energies into AI. I wonder if the improvement of AI will cost allot of jobs?

  3. I can see the announcement video for Clippy feeling down and studying until it gets a flux of information, gets suddenly happy and confident. đŸ€Œ

  4. About “clippy”
 Don’t forget
It’s Microsoft we are talking about. That’s way clippy is a bad for us to bring back.

They will find a way to make us lose on that. Business as always.

  5. I’m actually making a stoned clippy for my twitch streams. I’m gonna hook him up to chat gpt.

Stop stealing my ideas! Lmfao đŸ€Ł

  6. Microsoft is run by an Indian. Let that sink in and that is all you need to know. Same with Google. I would not make any long term bets…they take over giant companies and live off the capital while slowly reducing quality and a critical point where the company loses all credibility. With companies like google and Microsoft it will take time, but their Indian leaders will do it. You can bet on it.

  7. I'm not sure if Google or anyone else in this space (AI) has a legitimate reason to be worried but having played around with ChatGPT the last few days and the results I've gotten, it is seriously mindboggingly nuts and if implemented correctly, it could seriously give Microsoft the kind of edge (I swear, no pun intended) over the AI segment and maybe give people a reason to give Bing a second look.
