6. Worst sound system 😤. Sound will go down automatically into the minimum level for an incoming call while you are watching a video. The sound for that video will not go up unless you restart the phone.

   Holy crap! Why you would like to waste a huge amount for a worthless phone. Who told that the picture quality is good. I spent nearly € 850. Now I am realizing that I made a huge mistake. Please, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. I am switching to iPhone.

17. I think for me my pain point is battery life of s10. I felt that s10 battery life for a day is too short to run on a single charge. I had to charge it twice a day.
