  1. I used to think that the charging thing was a huge huge flaw. But then I realized that the battery lasts soooo long, and it takes 10 mins to charge to full

  2. Good idea but poorly executed. Imagine if it had a charging port extension and better ergonomics… then again, just buy logitech mx series.

  3. There was also a variant that was somehow even more terrible than that version where the bump that was supposed to lift your palm was supposed to be just plopped/pasted/plastered/??? on top of the mouse without the lower casing. $40.

  4. It may have a stupid way of charging, but what everyone forgets to say about it is that the battery lasts literally for a very long time just like the Siri remote for the Apple TV so when you do charge it, it’s only every once in a blue moon

  5. Personally, I’ve used the Magic Mouse 1 & 2 for over 6 years for graphic design work, quite honestly, I love it. I can understand the ergonomics issue, but the charging situation, it’s only affected me once or twice where it dies on me, 5 minute charge and I carry on for the rest of the day. A small tradeoff for a pretty design. Ergonomics, just buy another mouse if you don’t like it 😂

  6. The other flaw is there’s no middle click and if you try to right or left click in rapid succession sometimes it just doesn’t detect that because you don’t have independent buttons

  7. 3. It has no side buttons 4. It doesn’t have have a right click 5. It doesn’t have a good scroller what’s the point of a touch scroller 6. Don’t buy any macs there so expensive and powerful but a workstation like how is it that powerful just to do editing school work/job a non macOS computer can do all of those including gaming

  8. another one that bothered me a lot is that it only has one button
so if you somehow decide to play fps games on a mac with a magic mouse you cant press right and left click at the same time
