  1. Pocophone F1. Snapdragon 845. Dual camera with portrait for objects too.
    6.2" screen. 4000mAH battery.
    $300.
Yeah I'll pass on that iPhone

  2. I find the pixel density complaint such an odd one. A 50" 4K TV will have a pixel density of 89ppi, a good 1440p laptop screen at 13" has a 226ppi. The iPhone XR and iPhone 8's 326ppi is fine, honestly, anything more than the ppi they currently have seems like a waste past using it for VR.

Most modern phones likely only use such a high ppi just because it's cheaper for smaller companies to source panels that are 1080p or 1440p at scale, for VR functionality, and for marketing.

  3. I have the Xr and been having it since the launch day and honestly I love it the display is awesome coming from a Galaxy S9 never going back to the dark side staying with Apple and keeping it there I have the White color and I love it I care less bout the rest of the specks that people are saying the vessels are notable but I really don't mind…

  4. My phone is 720p and my old one was 480p. 480p was definitely a bit too low, but i am fine with 720p so i really do not care about resolution if i had a XR

  5. Everything else aside, I do have a question:
When you go watch a youtube video, what is the best resolution you can get? 720p? Downscaled 1080p?
Because this bad boy starts at â‚Ŧ900 where I live and I don't think that watching 720p videos is acceptable for this kind of price.
This is my personal opinion, you might not even see a difference but I do. And I'm a bit disappointed.

  6. So who's the target market for this phone? Plenty of Androids with better specs, smaller bezels, etc and there are better iPhones as well. It only seems like a better deal (to me) because Apple charges so much for their phones which aren't competitively priced in the first place.

  7. Been using iPhone since iPhone 4 and I am using an iPhone X right now. I just like ios better than android and their ecosystem.
