Any E bike used in the UK can't exceed 15 mph on pedal assist if you go for anything else they want tax ,insurance ,an mot and a speed restrictions and yet they more cars off the road they are small minded penny pinching sons of bitches !

Why not replace all the batteries by ultracapcitor banks? This way the biker will have longer mileage and you don't need to ever recharge since no batteries.
