2. Did someone really say that it looks like Nintendo haven't added much to SMM2? Just from that trailer alone it shows that they have added loads of new stuff.

3. As someone who can’t stand Anime, Im not interested in the majority of the stuff shown at the direct BUT Mario Maker 2 and Links Awakening alone were enough for me to love this showing.

4. I prefer the top down Zelda games than breath of the wild or the other 3D ones. I’m def looking forward to links awakening. Played it on the original gameboy. This remake looks awesome. Love the art style. Hope it’s not too far out.

11. Lol, I love how you guys worked so hard to not flub up on Fire Emblem again and still made a heroes flub when talking about Dragon Quest Builders. Lol, it was only a small flub when mentioning the Zelda-ness of DQ Builders, but I just find it funny that it was another Heroes subtitled flub lol

17. Really stoked about Astral Chain! Just got into Bayonetta and and Xenoblade recently so I can't wait to see how this game will compare to those. Switch is gonna kill this year for sure!!!

    Meanwhile….

    I don’t love the art style to Link’s Awakening Redux, but I have fond memories of L’s A and the Oracle games alongside Ocarina and Majora… because I’m a bit younger than the crew.

    And, the Daemon x Machina wouldn’t run after some full shutdowns and a reinstall, and more restarts. Then, when I finally played it…. the demo was just ok. It doesn’t seem like it might supplant WarFrame, but I hope it shapes up some more.

    Finally, Astral Chains looks awesome, especially since it reminds me of Capcom’s PS2 game Chaos Legion, which I enjoyed quite a bit, way back when. And, of course, there’s some borrowing from Tokyo Ghoul from Astral, which is even more reason to see a faint similarity to Code Vein, too… assuming that game wasn’t canceled.

28. Where's my bro Abraham M.? Man, you wished for Link's Awakening weeks ago, and it arrived! I'm definitely buying that. Super Mario Maker 2 looks awesome and I'm buying that in June. News today is that Bayonetta 3 is releasing in 2019 from the mouth of Nintendo's Bill Trinen himself! Nintendo has the most exclusives by far in 2019 than any other console. The direct was a solid 8.5/10. A Luigi's Mansion 3 release date would of made it a 9/10 for me. But I am excited for Switch in 2019 so mission accomplished.

29. Whoa idk what’s Zach’s talking about, I Am Setsuna is a pretty good RPG, especially its story and I’ve only ever heard good things about it. His confidence in the stupid shit he says is what kills this podcast.

32. How, oh how, will Mario Maker ever work? How is it possible? Perhaps one day some technology which allows someone to move objects on a screen without touching it will be discovered. But alas that is only a pipe dream.

34. I think I'm most excited about the new Hollow Knight: Silk Song that was announced after the direct, not sure why it wasn't on the direct.

39. I wonder if astral chain is a nintendo ip? Third party studio but seeing the relationship between platinum and nintendo wouldn’t be surprised if this was a nintendo owned ip.
