29. i work in blockchain and this is obviously written by someone who has no clue. Bitcoin is the tech worth something, not blockchain. Blockchain is just a slow database that loses all validity as soon as it hits the meat world.

35. I don't talk about Bitcoin much these days. BTC has been hijacked by the very same bankers, casino speculators, and trusted third parties that it was meant to circumvent.

    I am not on Wikipedia, nor am I a member of any alumni group. I do not hold a graduate or post-graduate degree of any sort, and I do not have my flesh name published anywhere online with my online pseudonym. No one has ever accurately guessed or indicated what my flesh name is.

    I can research, coherently assemble, and format a stylized academic paper on any subject matter. Also, I purposely Implement various language elements within a given writing or statement to make it seem like I come from a certain region or country.

    I hate Wall Street, fat cat bankers, and Big Brother government. That's it in a nutshell. There's not too many people that stand behind this vision anymore. I know this because in 2017, I experimented with forking Litecoin, choosing not to list it on the trusted third-party exchanges. Why would I do this? I wanted to see if the original bitcoin vision was still alive. I wanted to create a purely peer-to-peer electronic cash system, one that represents cash without the need to physically hold onto fiat.

    People are brainwashed and therefore need to hold on to physical cash from sovereign governments and big banks. Fiat represents a belief system, and I wanted to create a different system outside the control of sovereign governments and trusted third parties. The dream is over and my vision is dead. I would take the time to explain it to you, but I have neither the time or patience.

44. Lots of you are getting mad at simon and correcting him when he said BTC transactions were once 40$. When he said 40$/transaction, he mentioned "AT THE TIME", you quick to aggravate, bias, compulsive, uninformed, lost boys.

    Which by the way, In 2017, when bitcoin's PoW model had reach it's scaling capabilities, there were instances of people reporting transactions taking hours, to days and very very costly fees. Some even amounting to more than 40$. So chill.

These people will never actually make a case for why XRP is a scam/centralized/bankers coin/permissioned/controlled/and much more FUD, un-backed by actual facts.

46. Ripple holds 60 billion of their tokens. It doesn't matter if they can only take out a small portion at a time. They still get rich if you buy their token and they can dump on you.

One thing you got totally wrong is calling the Digital Asset (this is the more sophisticated and proper term for 'cryptocurrencies') "Ripple" a coin. Ripple is a Payments software company (Fintech) which utilizes both blockchain and the permissionless, Native Digital Asset to Ripplenet and the Interledger Protocol, XRP. Ripple's mission is to inevitably create the IoV (internet of value) using XRP.
