I want to try practicing shorting the market and things with a small amount, but i just can't wrap my head around keeping track of all of transactions, how to report them on taxes and when, and ensuring that i'm still making a profit after being taxed and reinvesting. It becomes a bit overwhelming. Holding seems simpler… Watched many videos, but can anyone recommend some?

Don’t sell high then get back in high then let it go against accumulating is the game with a limited asset class.

Blah blah blah yet another “expert”. Everyone needs to STFU about Bitcoin and crypto charts in general. Nobody knows squat. Every single YouTuber thought it would take many months and attempts to break $6-6.3k. Well guess what? – It took minutes. Betting that Bitcoin goes parabolic from here to $15k or $20k has the same damn probability as it retracing to $1k. Same same. It can do both in the blink of an eye. All analysis is pure nonsense. Volume means nothing. CME means nothing. Everything means nothing. Bitcoin always does the opposite of what analysts expect. Case closed. Everyone trying to sound smart sounds like a moron. Proven over and over again.

Great chat guys. You can't hit every entry. There certainly will be many, many more opportunities. TBH I have zero emotional reaction to these recent gains. It's still nothing, a drop in the bucket. This is Bitcoin… I'm just glad a few of my loved ones have their one Bitcoin and are happy to hold long term.
