  1. Drumsy's perspective will be published on his channel about 15 minutes after this is out. Link in the description! You can also find DJ Soto's stream and website for the VRchurch there

  2. We'll damn I my self am not really a religious person but whatching this was oddly good it gave me a new look at the other side if the tracks if that makes any sense I don't know if that was the same for anyone else but ye like hearing from this guy was a lot better like nun of the really intense stuff you hear from people on them church channels on TV which in my opinion really turn me off this whole god thing, thanks for the interesting watch ?

  3. We got Christian Servers in Minecraft and now we have a small church in Vr Chat with this chill and awesome pastor

Man what a time to be alive

  4. idk whats whit this thumbnail but i'm just in love with the photo of drumsy face jsut outside of the water idk why, i think it's the best thumbnail i ever seen for a video

  5. I love how Charles (Pooh Bear) always provides some comic relief in these videos and I wish he had a separate channel for himself

  6. Wow not many things make me cry but this genuinely brought tears to my eyes. That pastor definitely knows his stuff in regards to the faith itself rather than organized religion. Kudos and hopefully I may start attending his VR Church!

  7. Really hope more people who needs a vr church (even from other countries) catches on this! So touched by how it helped people without access to churches

  8. I love how Drumsy and Syrmors perspective of the SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE is so radically different. You watch Syrmors viewpoint of a convo and it seems so wholesome and uplifting, and then you watch Drumsy's vid and you're like lmfao what the fuck is this shit and you're dying with laughter XD

  9. As an atheist that spent most of his life as a Christian, no joke, this is a beautiful thing. No judgement, no bullshit, none of the reasons I left the church in the first place. Just love and acceptance.

I'm straight up about to send this to my mom. That's how wholesome this is.

  10. The way you host interviews like this and being 100% respectful of the person, and hearing them out without turning their view into the butt of the joke is 100% worth of respect man, love your shit

  11. 2:50 I think I get it…
God loves us and thinks we are beautiful, because he focuses on everything inside of us (internally, ie. your soul) not our physical being. Vr chat kinda imitates that, so we’re forced to see each other for who we truly are, like our personalities. The anonymity allows us to forget about physical appearances and appreciate one another for who we are. If that makes any sense.

  12. Personally, I have to contest the claim of being the first VR church. There have been several on secondlife, at the very least and there have been IRC churches and even AOL and Prodigy Online Service churches before that, depending on how strict you are with the term virtual reality. But before people think I am just hating, I really like the point he is making about inclusivity. It's a property of these online church communities from the beginning. People who were not welcomed by traditional society finding a home due to the authenticity/anonymity properties. It's an amazing experiment of humanity.

  13. this guy came to speak at a panel at my college (a chistian bible college), but i didnt get to see him speak. i was very surprised to see him on this channel and glad to finally see him talk about what he does. he seems like a truly genuine guy (and i doubt my college would allow him to come and speak if he was sketchy), reaching a new group of people. thanks for having him on, symor
*edit* he graduated from the same school i'm going to, thaaaat makes sense

  14. This guy is pretty cool. As an atheist it is awesome to be reminded that there are churchgoers that are like, fucking sensible leople
