I'm really surprised this wasnt done by LG first seeing has they've had their transparent OLED tech for a few years now.
I feel like the complete elimination of all bezels is more of a pissing contest than anything that consumers REALLY care about. The under display camera is actually interesting not because it can eliminate bezels/notches/etc, but because of eye lines in video calls. Embed the camera at eye level and now in my video calls it will appear that I'm looking people in the eye instead of below them or off to side. This could really make a difference in video calling and take it to the next level.
