  1. Terrible video that understates the full potential/capacity of VR. I hate when idiots get airtime on things they know little about.

  2. Wow…. I don't know who they hired to do the rendering but it's giving VR and Oculus Rift a bad name. Very poorly lit, and I don't even want to talk about the texture, what a wasted money on the Oculus Rift. No wonder the lady felt nauseated, it was because the render was done on an older computer with old GPU and CPU, looks like he didn't even edit texture, so flat looking. Maybe they hired a 15yrs old for this. This is definitely not a good example of the future of VR.

  3. you feel nausia because you r enot suppose to move in vr and sit still in real life thats why they implemented teleportation from place to place to bypass having to move .. you fucking morons

  4. $1 to $3 per foot of virtual reality space? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME. I used to do this on CAD in high school. It'd take me fucking 30 minutes to design a MANSION.

  5. I feel like the software would be one hundred times better, if the buyer could manipulate their surroundings. For example, they could change the tables, and move them around the design of the house. I feel like it would give the buyer a chance to personalize the place and try to get them hooked on it.

  6. Does is anyone know the software that she used to render those 3d floor plans? Is there anything like that in autocad?

  7. you'd be better off filming the banksters
    ripping people off
    "lower your monthly payments"
    "no doc loan"
    "no money down"
    "mortgage insurance "

  8. VR is already a gimmick/luxury for rich snobs. now they're using it to buy their mansions. remember you materialistic bastards, you can't take it when you leave!

  9. Can you see if the land is vulnerable to fracking? To me it seems that you can get whatever real estate you want but if your water can be lit, all that money goes down the tubes.

  10. Framerates seem to be less than 90fps and they're using stick (yaw) turning which is a huge no-no because it makes most people nauseous. Just because you're using VR for non-gaming purposes doesn't mean you get to flaunt all the standards being set by developers/companies like Oculus, Valve, Sony etc.

VR shouldn't make you nauseous! If it does, it's the developer's fault, not the hardware!
