  1. i like your channel but did apple pay u too say this bullshit. before the famous update my battery life was ok. why should i get a new battery? f apple. i want my money back and not an expansive new battery. and it's not a battery issue but a software. when they change the battery the phone gets a signal thats stoping the phone from messing with your battery. thats why its like new from a perspective. and im disappointed in you for being so happy for apple solving this by selling us new battary. shame on you.

  3. As the years pass, every phone will eventually start having battery problems, so I’m glad Apple gave us the chance to get a 30$ battery instead of 80$. Which in the other hand Samsung never done this, I hope they will.

  5. Apple's $29 battery replacement is a JOKE. I took my iPhone 6+ to Apple and they told me they had a 9 hour wait and to come back in the morning OR I could buy a new phone INSTANTLY. They had no time to fix my phone, but had plenty of time to sell me a new phone! I went to a different Apple store "Simply Mac" and they said it would be $29 for a battery PLUS $19 for a "diagnostic fee". I told them that nothing was wrong with my phone, I just wanted a new battery under the warranty program. They said they had to have $19 Diagnostic Fee + $29 for the battery AND it would take 6 WEEKS to get my phone back! BUT, they also offered an IMMEDIATE solution, a new iPhone upgrade! I went home, did my research, and ordered a new phone like Apple suggested, only I bought a One Plus 6 instead! Apple is getting too big to care about it's customers. Every time you see an Apple store, it is crammed packed full of people and that is NOT a good thing. They need more stores and many more employees. I still am a MacBook Pro user but I've had it with iPhones.
