Autel enters 2020 with a bang!!! The new EVOII packs a punch with a 1/2″ CMOS sensor, boasting an 8K camera and 48 megapixel still image capabilities. If 8k wasn’t enough, you are now able to swap out the camera with a 1″ sensor camera or Dual Camera+FLIR combo, both coming soon. I was able to get my hands on this new beast and it’s rock solid so far. In this video I walk you through some of the features, size comparisons and quick flight tests. The 8k is worst then the 4k on the mavic 2. Just watch this video on a big screen and select 4k, the evo too is so damn soft, not even close to the quality of the DJI

The Evo 2 Pro has almost the EXACT same stats as the Mavic 2 Pro….. A bit gutted by this! The rest only have a half inch sensor, so for all the fan boys wanting DJI to die, sadly won't be the case. In low light situations etc this will not beat the 2 Pro…. Absolutely no idea why they have not included the 48mp on the one inch sensor, unless they are basically using mobile technology in a drone for photography. Which means they were hardly gonna compare with a Nikon D850 anyway! Lol, Evo 2 = Mavic 2 Pro….. (I've waited to buy this Evo 2 but will keep my Mavic 2 Pro until they announce the Mavic 3 Pro now)

Can’t really judge the Autel Evo 2 based on auto settings. Out of the box it looks good. I’m curious to if it has a log and what codec it uses. Hopefully h.265.

I'm so sick of youtubers doing demo flights in the most boring environment and shittiest lighting.
Whos the heck buys an 8K quad, just to go and fly it 200m high over yuck suburban terrain in mid daylight, put the settings on auto and that's it. It just does camera's absolutely no justice.

No fly zone does that mean I can fly anywhere any time and not be restricted like DJI?
The mavic still had better sharpness and detail than the evo 2 pics. Very odd why that is, because I would like the evo 2 better.
