Where's the pilot safety equipment? No canopy? No head protection? UAVs are drones. This isn't a drone anymore. It's an experimental aircraft in the United States.

120kilos so about 265 lbs if you can scrape another 16 lbs off of it it can be flown in the us as an ultra light with no pilot's license
