I don't know if most people will agree that this was the most deserving and accurate result ever, but given the price point that pixel is an absolute beast when it comes to photos

Its nice to know that I didnt vote against my love for Samsung, and I voted against the iPhone in both rounds it was in lol. I voted for my preference every time and I'd say about 50% of the time it was against the grain of the popular vote. I was mainly looking for accurate colors and good dynamic range. My winner given the options was the One Plus. I really enjoy the camera test every year

Maybe for next year, instead of a bracket style competition, maybe do a ranking vote for all the pictures. So firs the first round, you rate photo you like the most as 1 and second most 2 all the way down to 16. Top 8 with the most points move on.

It basically proves that most people shouldn’t give a shit about the camera on their phone. Posting images on social media kinda equalizes all phones.

As someone who had major buyers remorse with the Pixel 5a after the Pixel 6 pricing came in way less than I expected, the results here at least take some of that sting away since the camera is a main reason for me buying Pixel phones. Thanks for putting this test together, always interesting to see what advances.

I suggest next year to make a pro blind smartphone camera test and bring all the tech youtubers from the world and put them in a blind test and then we would know what is the real best smartphone camera.
